Since starting the teaching credential program, I have been in class from 8am-9pm. I feel that I have more energy when I pack my own lunch, snacks and dinner instead of grabbing things from the vending machine. Here is what I pack on a typical day.

Lunch:
Quinoa
Kale
Shredded Coconut
Olive Oil
Honey

Dinner:
Spinach
Tuna
Rice
Safeway Select Honey Mustard Dressing

Snacks:
Banana
Nature Valley Oats and Honey Granola Bar
Chocolate chip Cliff bars
