Ingredients
Walnut – 1/2cup
Coconut – 1cup
Yogurt. – 2tbs
Cumin powder – 1/4 tsp
Ginger – a small piece
Green chillies – adjust according to your spice level
Water – according to the consistency
Salt to taste
For seasoning
Coconut oil -around 1tbs
Mustard seeds
Dry red chillies
Curry leaves
Chilly powder – a pinch
Dry roast the walnuts. Then grind all the ingredients together really well. Add water and adjust the consistency . Then add the seasoning and enjoy your chutney with idli-dosa , vada….
