Hi friends,In this video im making a Smoothie Recipe with Strawberry and Blueberry. This smoothie can be made with fresh or frozen fruit. You will also need some yogurt and milk.

Like most smoothies, this is best made fresh. You can keep it in the fridge for about 24 hours until it will start to go off..This recipe will make enough for two so if you only need one serve, then make sure you half the ingredients.

Ingredients :

Strawberries – 1 Cup
Blueberries -1 Cup
Yoghurt – 1 Cup
Honey – 1 tbs
Ice cubes (Optional)
