This is a Mexican salad recipe with indian flavors.
It is extremely healthy and high on protein. It is recommended to people who are on diet as it is filling and has all right amount of nutrients.
There are two preparations in this. One that of salad with all diced and boiled vegetables and second one is the seasoning of the salad.

Time to make – 10 minutes
Ingredients
For salad
100 gms paneer
1 onion
1 green bell pepper
1/2 yellow bell pepper
1/2 red bell pepper
1 tomato
100 gms roasted corn
100 gms boiled broccoli
100 gms boiled baby corn
150 gms boiled kidney beans
150 gms boiled chickpeas
For dressing of the Mexican salad
Some fresh coriander leaves
1 tbsp chilli flakes
1 tsp oregano
4-5 fresh garlic cloves
1/2 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp grated cheese
1 tbsp crushed paneer
1 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp chat masala
Put together all the diced and boiled veggies together. Mix all the seasoning well together and add it on the veggies. Your salad is ready.
