Protein used:
FitCouple Foodies Blueberry Donuts:
Ingredients for Protein Donut – 6 count (60kcal/piece without frosting or 83kcal/piece with frosting)
45g Level 1 protein Blueberry Muffin
15g Flour
3g Zero Cal Sweetener of your choice
5g Vanilla powder (optional)
5g Baking Powder
70g Carbmaster (or similar low fat/low sugar yogurt)
70g Unsweetened Apple Sauce
75g Egg Whites
50g Fresh Blueberries
Protein Frosting for all 6 Donuts:
20g Protein Level 1 Vanilla Ice cream
6g Flour
50g Carbmaster
3g Zero Cal Sweetener of your choice
3g vanilla extract or powder
20g blueberries for topping
Cold Water for wished for texture
Directions:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F/175 degrees Celsius. Now
Step 2: Add your dry donut ingredients into a bowl and mix to avoid clumping. Do the same with your ”wet” ingredients in a separate bowl. Step 3: Now combine dry with wet and mix till you have a thick batter like consistency. Then add your blueberries and stir carefully.
Step 4: Now take your donut pan (we have the 6 cavity one off amazon) and spray each donut mold with PAM/ or similar non stick butter spray. Add your batter evenly into all 6 molds. Add to oven and bake for 10 minutes.
Step 5: Take them out from the oven and let them cool for about 45 min to an hour.
Step 6: Make your protein frosting by blending the dry ingredients with the wet ones and create a nice batter, if water is needed to make the texture perfect you may add that. If the donuts aren’t cold by now place the frosting in the fridge.
Step 7: Once donuts are cool dip them in the frosting and put on fresh blueberries! Yummy!
Step 8: Droool for a second and take your photos and tag us in it. Then ENJOY!!!

45g Level 1 protein Pumpkin spice latte
15g Flour
3g Zero Cal Sweetener of your choice
5g Vanilla powder (optional but accounted for in the macros)
5g Baking Powder
70g Carbmaster (or similar low fat/low sugar yogurt)
70g Pumpkin puree
75g Egg Whites

50g Carbmaster
