In this video I’m preparing pori urundai. Which is more easy to prepare and very healthy item. Children’s like this type of snacks.

Ingredients:

Pori 2 cups
2 cardamom
3/4 cup of jaggery

On the stave put fry pan when fry pan is heated put pori into the pan just fry until crispy. 2 to 3 minutes enough to prepare this. Put another pan add 1 small glass of water add jaggery into water. Let melt jaggery to get think consistency.
To check that consistency jaggery mixer add the water it will gets round shape when take it from water. Keep it in low flame.
Add pori into the jagger, Mix well and make round shape in warm. 8 to 10 Pori urundai will gets.
