Chicken donut is a snack that is very simple to make. I wanted to try a different yet simple dish so I’ve shown you guys this amazing snacks. I personally loved the taste and it didn’t take too much oil. It also contains healthy ingredients.
Ingredients:
Chicken
Carrot
Potato
Coriander Leaves
Ginger garlic paste
Bread crumbs
Egg
Onion
Salt
Pepper
Cumin Powder
Chilli Powder
Chilli Flakes
Recipe:
First, we have to grind all the ingredients except the egg and keep it aside.
We have to part the mixture as we do it for vadas. Then we should refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours. After taking it we should make a whole in the middle of it by pressing a bottle cap against it. We will get the shape of the donut. After that dip it in the egg and batter it with bread crumbs. Deep fry it in a low flame.
*We should add the boiled potato.
