Today I’m sharing my gf + v bagel recipe! It’s not technically low carb, BUT it has way less carbs than a regular bagel or a store bought gf bagel. After you make this recipe, you’ll never buy gf bagels again. These are way more delicious and WAY cheaper! Save that coin, sis.

GF bagels – makes 6
3 cups almond flour
1 cup arrowroot flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp himalayan salt
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp honey or agave
2/3 cup warm water
3 TBS coconut oil, melted

350F for 30 minutes

Everything Bagel seasoning:
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup poppy seeds
3 TBS dried onion flakes
3 TBS dried garlic flakes
2 TBS coarse sea salt
