I have posted a video recently of how to make your very own sourdough starter at home yourself. It’s a very straightforward and east recipe and making your own sourdough starter guarantees that you won’t have to rely on instant / active dry yeast from local stores, especially in this lockdown as stock is limited and not easily available.
