Ingredients:

Red Lentils (Masoor Dal) 1 Cup (Soaked)
Garlic Cloves 5
Salt 1/2 tsp
Red Chili Powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1/4 tsp
Green Chili 1 (Chopped)
Green Coriander 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Soaked it for 1/2 Hour

Direction/Method:

Step 1: Soaked Red Lentils (Masoor Dal) for 1/2 Hour and then add it (without water) into a Pot for cook and add Garlic Cloves, Salt, Red Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder and add 5 Cups water cover it and cook for 30 minutes on medium flame.

Step 2: After that Open it and mix it well and add Green Coriander, Green Chili, 1 Cup Water and Cook it further more 2 minutes on High Flame.

Step 3: After that add Garam Masala Powder and Serve it with Bread (Roti) or Rice.
