CHIA PUDDING
2 tablespooon of Chia seeds
1/2 cup pf almond milk
1 teaspoon of honey
FROZEN YOGURT
your choice of frozen fruit
yogurt
honey
lemon juice
PROTEIN BALLS
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup of peanut butter
1/2 cup of honey
1/4 cups of dark chocolate chips
1/4 cups of slice almonds
1/4 cups of shredded coconut
