Banana Bread Quantities:
1 1/2 Cups Oat Flour (if making 100% gluten free, make sure your oats are certified GF!)
1 Cup Almond Flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Cinnamon
Sprinkle of Salt
2-3 Tsps Vanilla Essence (depending how strong)
3 Large Bananas (+ 1 extra if you want to put one on top too!)
1 Egg (substitute for 1 Tbsp melted coconut oil if vegan!)
3/4 Cup Pure Maple Syrup
