Sattu Paratha(high protein breakfast recipes) :-

Atta:- 1 cup (2-3 parathas)
Sattu:- 3/4 cup
Ajwain:-1 tsp
salt:- as per taste
finely chopped onion:-1
garlic:-2-3 pods
chillies:-1
coriander leaves:- 1 tbsp
pickle oil/mustard oil -3 tbsp
ghee/oil:- 1 tsp
lemon juice:- 2-3 drops

Matki Ridge gourd Dosa(high protein breakfast recipes ):-

Matki/Moth beans:- 1 cup
Ridge gourd:-2
Jeera:- 2 tbsp
ginger:- 1 inch piece
chilly -1
stuffing:- optional
grated carrot/beetroot/onions chopped:- as per taste
