I am an Indian, so I cannot deprive of any other substitutes like salads, oats, quinoa which my mother hasn’t given me in childhood. So I can definitely eat only healthy Indian home-cooked food and last my diet for a longer period. I have been following a 30 days diet, so I thought about sharing my diet with you.
