Fattoush is a salad popularly known in middle-east. This salad is highly nutritious and very useful in weight loss journey. It can be prepared very easily.

Ingredients
Bread / Kuboos (Arabic bread) – 2 nos. (Toasted / Fried)
Cucumber – 2 Chopped
All Color Capsicums – ½ Chopped
Tomatoes (cherry) – 15 nos. (Or Big 1no.)
Onion – 1
Parsley leaves – ¼ cup
Mint leaves – ¼ cup
Spring onion – ¼ cup
Garlic – 2 pods (finely chopped)
Olives – 4 nos. Chopped
For Dressing:
Olive oil – 2 tsp.
Salt – as required
Pepper powder – ½ tsp.
Lemon juice – 2 tsp (1 no.)
