Craving some donuts but don’t want all the calories that come with your typical krispy kreme?! If you’re anything like me, you love some donuts (I mean who doesn’t). This quick and easy donut recipe has only 364 calories!!! I made 5 donuts. Those calories are for ALL 5 DONUTS!!!! Follow the I’ll post the ingredients below, but they will also be on screen during the video. As i mentioned in the video, the ingredients below will be your batter. You can make as many donuts as you wish with that batter. Remember, that batter is 364 calories, 44g carbs, 7g fat, and 28g of protein!! Thank you to the ghost team for this awesome recipe as well!
Ingredients For The Mix:
1/2 protein powder ( i used ghost milk chocolate)
3 reduced fat oreos (crumbled up)
1/4 cup of Nonfat Greek yogurt (plain)
1/2 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
3/8 cup Egg Whites (82 grams)
2 tablespoons of Coconut Flour
2 Tablespoons of Walden Farm
Frosting (Optional):
1/2 cup of Nonfat Greek Yogurt
7 g of sugar free cheesecake pudding mix
Preheat oven to 350
Place mix into donut pan
Bake for 20-25 minutes
Add frosting if you choose
