This is my version of the classic Spicy Manglorian Chicken Ghee roast. This is a great dish as starter and is simple to make, keeping in mind of its low calories. It is made in 2 Tbsp of Ghee.
Ingredients required :

15 to 20 kashmiri chilies
1 tablesppon jeera
half teaspoon fenugreek seeds
half tea spoon black pepper corns
1 tea spoon turmeric powder
1 tea spoon red chili powder
a sprig of curry leaves
3 tablespoons coriander seeds
1 tablespoon yogurt
2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste
the juice of one lemon
