Recipe No. 1
Ingredients:
– Mutton qeema half kg
– Dal channa 1 big cup
– Onion 1 small chopped
– Red chilli 2 tbs
– Salt as taste
– Garam Masala 2 tbs
– Turmeric 1/4 teaspoon
– Kalonji 1/4 teaspoon
– Ginger garlic cloves 4-5
– Green chilies 2 chopped
– Mint leaves few
Method:

Recipe No. 2
Ingredients:
– Chicken 1 kg
– Dal channa 1 big cup
– Gram masala 2 tbs
– Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
– Kalonji 1/4 teaspoon
– Turmeric 1/4 teaspoon
– Red chilli 3 tbs
– Salt per taste
– Garlic 7-8 cloves
Shami kabab and mutton kabab
Method:
Mix all ingredients together in cooker ,add water as need and cook for 15 mints . Grind well and make small kabab with kabab maker. Dip in egg , Fry on griddle and serve.

Recipe No. 3
Ingredients:
– Dahi half litre
– Boondi 1 cup soaked
– Potatoes 1 cup boiled
– Chat masala 3 tbs
– Mint leaves few
– Tomato 1 small chopped
– Onion 1 small chopped
– Green chilies 2 chopped
Method:
Mix all ingredients together in blended dahi, and serve
