Ingredients : One Avocado
Boiled eggs 4
Arugula (washed )
Cream cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Sriracha or any hot sauce if you need a kick (optional)
Any bread but it should be toasted. We used whole grain. 4 slices

Preparations:
Take toasted bread and apply cream cheese on top. Then layer the sliced boiled eggs and avocado on top of the bread. Sprinkle some salt and pepper and top it off with arugula and some hot sauce for the kick (we used sriracha). It’s that Easy!!!
Prep time : 5 to 10 min
Serves : 2 people
