Ingredients:

2 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, Cubed
3/4 Cup Teriyaki Sauce
1/2 Cup Diced Onion
1/2 Diced Carrots
1 Cup Broccoli Floret
3 Eggs Beaten
2 Cups Cooked Brown Rice
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
1-2 Minced Garlic Cloves
Pepper To Taste

Directions:
1. Marinate The Chicken In Teriyaki Sauce. Place Into The Fridge For 1 Hour.
2. In A Wok Or A Skillet Add The Chicken In Teriyaki And Cook Until Browned. Place A Lid And Sauté On Medium.
3. When The Water And All Juices Evaporates Add 2 Tablespoons Oil And Add In The Onion, Carrots And Garlic.
4. Add Broccoli And Cook Additional 3-4 Min. Push All Cooked Vegetables To The Side Of The Pan.
