Thank you so much for watching my video ! in this video i show you what i eat in a day in quarantine ! use these simple ideas for yourself !
Pancake recipe:
50g flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
20g vegan protein powder
150ml soy milk
1tsp (heaped) vegan butter melted
Mix the dry and wet together then cook in a pan and serve!
One pot chilli bean rice:
60g rice
1/4 onion
1 clove garlic
1/4 pepper
1/2 carrot
1 can kidney beans
1/4 jar/tin tomato sauce or tinned tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 tsp of paprika,cumin,chilli powder
salt and pepper + herbs to taste.
Fry the veggies until soft then add the rice and cook for 1 minute then add around double the amount of water to rice ratio and the rest of the ingredients. put a lid on this and cook for roughly 20 minutes , check to see if the rice is done , if not then add more water and let cook until evaporated.
Veggie lasagna:
“cheese sauce” ( i made up my own recipe but it didnt quite go to plan so this is similar to what i made but better lol)
i made the filling with corgettes , peppers, onion , mushrooms , tomato sauce , garlic , herbs and salt+pepper. I cooked this all in a pan and then in a glass oven dish i layered it with lasagna sheets and topped with the “cheese ” sauce.
