In this video, we celebrate 1 month since launching our youtube channel and bring back our original avocado cookie recipe, but this time we make Felly’s favourite version! These moist, chewy, healthy cookies are a great way to indulge in a sweet dessert, but not feel as guilty about it. Quick, easy and flexible recipe to try for yourself at home!
Recipe: 1 batch makes approximately 2 dozen cookies.
INGREDIENTS
1 large, ripe avocado
4 medium, ripe bananas
4 scoops of chocolate whey protein
1 cup rolled oats
8 tbsp cocoa powder
8 squares of dark chocolate (can be substituted for 60g dark chocolate chips)
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mash up wet ingredients.
Add dry ingredients and whisk all together, then add chocolate chips and mix batter.
Spray parchment paper covering pan and scoop batter into desired sized cookies.
Bake for approximately 12 minutes.
Remove from oven, place on a cooling rack, HAVE PATIENCE and enjoy! 😉
