This is a recipe you can double, triple and keep in your freezer for many meals!! Great for bbqing, a party, celebration, holiday, company or for brunch, lunch, dinner, and even after a work out!!

Tip… You can make them tiny for an appetizer or sliders too!! 😜

Tip… You can put in a muffin tin for tiny meat loaf muffins

Tip… First place on a cookie sheet raw or cooked to freeze. Then place in a baggie or sealed container in your freezer up to 3 months!!

I made 9-10 Burgers using a 1/4 cup for each!

3sp for WW Blue 💙 and Purple 💜 for the entire recipe!!!!!
21sp for the entire recipe WW Green 💚
(2sp if you make 9 like I do)

Ingredients :

1pkg or more (pound) of extra lean ground chicken (any brand but I love Prime) 18sp for WW green only
1/3 cup of seasoned bread crumbs 3sp
1tbs or more Worcester
1 tsp each or more garlic and onion powders
1/4 cup milk
1/2 – 1tsp of club house bbq seasoning
1tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 cup shredded zucchini
1/2 – 1 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 -1/3 cup sautéed onions and mushrooms (I use vidalia onions but any are fine and fresh or canned mushrooms) make lots to use on top of your burger or freeze for another recipe! 😜
Sprinkle of salt

Optional :
After add the sautéed onions and mushrooms on top of the burger
And or add your favourite condiments!
Bbq sauce, relish, mustards, low fat cheese, etc
Make my delicious microwave mug bun to put the burger 🍔 on!
Eat with a salad, stir fry, mashed potatoes, veggies and dip, and check out my recipes for these!

Directions:
First add sliced onions and mushrooms to a sprayed skillet on a medium to high temperature
Sauté until brown
Set aside to cool

Shred zucchini and take a paper towel to squeeze excess water then set aside

Spray a large grill (I have the rock grill from Costco), skillet or use your bbq or bake on a cookie sheet.
Place grill or skillet on a medium to high temperature

In a large bowl add chicken meat
Add spices, zucchini, onions and mushrooms, salt, mustard, Worcester sauce and gently mix
Add a small amount of bread crumbs then mix and repeat. But don’t over mix!

I use a cookie cutter and measured with 1/4 cup for each burger to be the same size!

Keep grill on a medium heat and only turn over after approximately 3 to 4 minutes when you see they are brown.

You can cut in the middle to see if they are fully cooked if you want!
