Broccoli Salad with Spicy Ginger Vinaigrette

Ingredients:
1 head of broccoli florets
1 cup of cherry tomatoes chopped
2 carrots
1/4 cup Braggs Aminos
1 tbsp Spicy Ginger Latte
1/4 cup liquid coconut oil
1/4 cup Jomeis Fine Foods Sweet Balsamic Reduction
1/4 cup Maple syrup
1/2 cup sesame seeds (I used black and white, untoasted)
pepper to taste
Optional: dried cranberries

Instructions:
1. Cut the broccoli into small florets. 
2. Place florets into processor & pulse lightly
3. Grate 2 carrot
4. Halve tomatoes in a small bowl combine the Braggs Aminos, oil, vinegar, sweetener, sesame seeds, salt, and pepper. 
5. Whisk together
6. Pour ingredients over the broccoli and toss together until well coated.
7. Store in fridge in a sealed container. 

*This salad will last several days, enjoy!
