Soft dates
Peanuts
Walnuts
Cashews – Each 1 Cup.
Dry roast nuts separately and blend coarsely for crunchy.
Grind soft dates separately. Mix together for perfect consistency.
Prepare balls or laddu as required size.
Nuts are protein rich and healthy diet snack suitable for kids and adults.
Note: No sugar added, if dates not available add Jaggery or Gud
