You wouldn’t associate sandwiches with Indian cuisine, would you? Believe it or not, they are not only popular but there are plenty of exciting combinations to try! With fillings ranging from chutneys to pickles and healthy veggies to paneer Cottage cheese, they leave you satisfied both in the taste and nutrition departments.Sandwich makes for a quick breakfast or snack when you are short of time or want to eat something in hurry.and does not require much cooking expertise. Even bachelors can make it easily. During my college day’s I used to have veg sandwich quite often. I suggest to use brown bread multi grain bread or whole wheat bread  as they are more healthier than white bread. 
Ingredients- bread slices, butter, cheddar chees,veg potatoes mashed, chopped garlic, great carrots, green peas ,chili 2,chilli flakes, sweet corn, salt ,pinch of cumin seeds, olive oil also you can take any vegetable What you like but remember one thing vegetables properly chopped or Grated.
