In this video, she is sharing how we can design our food and avoid going to different dieting models such as keto diet and detox diet. She explains, in Urdu, that how we can schedule our day appropriately. It is crucial that our food planning is perfect for each day. She further elaborated that reading a label is important for each product you buy. A salad dressing may appear healthy, however, after reading the label, you might think otherwise.

Naseem emphasized on the importance of being active daily. Do not skip ads while watching a TV show rather use the time to exercise or at least move around. It is difficult to do but for a healthy and long life, it is a way to get fit. Moreover, Naseem explained the importance of drinking water which sounds simple but often ignored. Hamare sehat ka khayal rakhne ka sab se asan tariqa yeh hai k hum sab khaen magar dekh bhal k khae. Dieting ko chorne ke baad wazan phir se bhar jata hai, magar yeh tariqe apnane se zindagi bhar ka sukun mil jata hai. Shuru main yeh tareeqe thore mushkil lagte hain magar ek hafte k baad aadat hojati hai. Yeh bohat zaruri hai ke hum apni body (jism) ka bhi khas khayal rakhen. Sehatmand jism hi sehatmand dimag rakh sakta hai. Agar body beemar rahegi to dimag bhi sahi kaam nai karega.
