A bit of honey, if you like a little sweet touch.
A bit of salt
.
A bit of pepper.
A small handful of dazzled peanuts for presentation.

Pea avocado salad with toasted chopped walnuts, pumpkin seeds and feta cheese:
– This salad does not require much recipe as it is so simple and has few ingridins. But it is super flavorful and creamy and mild in taste. Perfect for those bright spring evenings.
Here’s the recipe:
– Cut the avocado into thin boats. Arrow the peas.
– Make a dressing of olive oil, some lime juice and a bit of salt.
– Roast walnuts and pumpkin seeds on a dry pan for a few minutes. Roughly chop the walnuts.
– Mix everything and sprinkle the nuts over the salad with feta cheese.
– I think this salad tastes good with glaze balsamico on top, but it also tastes great without. That is it. So simple!
