Here is an extremely healthy and affordable salad recipe, I use this as a salad base for other ingredients that mix it up and keep it tasting different every time.

Go-To Salad Recipe:
Garlic — 2-3 cloves
Kale — 2-3 stocks
Red Cabbage — 30-50%
Beets — Half a beet
Red Bell Pepper — Half a red bell pepper
Cucumber — Half a cucumber
Red Romaine — 2-3 Stocks

Salad Dressing:
Pumpkin Seed oil — Generous
Apple Cider Vinegar — 2-3 capfuls
Liquid Aminos — Healthy splash
Olive Oil — Dab it

Additional ingredient ideas:
Goji Berries
Sweet Pickles
Fried Egg
Sprouts
Pickled Cabbage
Walnuts
Almonds
Legumes
