This recipe yields 2 loaf banana breads or a whole 2.5 kg banana bread/cake
*Ingredients*
-3 cups all purpose flour
-1/4 cup honey
-1 cup buttermilk/mala
-3/4 cup brown sugar
-1 1/2tsp baking powder
-1 tsp baking soda
-1 tbsp vanilla essence
-1/2 tsp mixed spice
-1/2 tsp salt
-3 tbsp margarine/butter
-1/2 cup oil( canola or vegetable)
-3 eggs
-3 very ripe bananas
Note: *tbsp* is for *tablespoon* *tsp* for *teaspoon*
