Neer dosa is popular Breakfast recipe of Karnataka, Mangalore which is made with only 1 ingredient and that is rice. It is similar to the one that is prepared in Maharashtra Konkan region which is known there by Ghavan. The consistency of water is very important if you want to make perfect dosa. For every 1 cup of rice, you need 2 and half cup of water. These are soft and lacy dosa which you can enjoy with coconut chutney. Do try this recipe and let me know in comment box.
