This is the first video of what is many to come. I am so excited to kick this channel off with a complete step by step video of 3 HEALTHY RECIPE IDEAS. I sit down and talk you through a breakfast idea, a lunch idea and a snack/dessert idea. All high in protein, healthy and most importantly YUMMY!

Dieting and losing weight really doesn’t have to be boring. I will never be a chicken and broccoli kind of girl, even in the peak of a dieting phase. I’m going to be sharing lots of easy and budget friendly recipes on this channel. I hope I can inspire you to get in the kitchen and start getting creative!

As promised, here are the ingredients and macro breakdown for each recipe:

French Toast (per serving):
2 slices of white bread
2 large eggs
Extras: cinnamon, sweetener, strawberries

Carbs: 42g
Fats: 11g
Protein: 20g

Tacos (per serving):
2 taco shells
150g mince meat (use chicken for a lower calorie & fat option)
40g spicy arrabbiata sauce
10g Spicy Chunky Guacamole
10g Cheddar Cheese

Extras: Old Elpaso Chilli Spice Mix, Lime Juice, Salt & Pepper

Carbs: 21g
Fats: 30g
Protein: 40g

Protein Chocolate Ice Cream (per serving):
150g Plain Greek Yogurt
1 tbsp (5g) Organic Cocoa Powder
1/2 scoop MyProtein Chocolate Mint Whey (use any flavour)

Extras: Vanilla Extract, Sweetener

Carbs: 10g
Fat: 1g
Protein: 27g
