Ingredients:
• 1 Egg Yolk Raw or Pasteurized (Approx. 2 Tablespoons)
• 1 Cup Olive oil (or oil of your choice)
• 1 tsp Lemon Juice
• 1/2 – 1 tsp spicy mustard
• 1/4 – 1/2 tsp Real Sea Salt
• 1 – 2 drops Stevia Extract
• 1 – 2 Dashes cayenne pepper

* Use within one week to prevent spoilage. 🙂

* The egg yolk in this recipe is raw. If you cannot have raw egg yolks you can either pasteurize it at home or purchase pasteurized egg yolk in the store.

* If you are planning on using a raw egg, I recommend that you make sure the egg is from healthy chickens (free range, organic, and soy free eggs) or from a local farmer where you can see the chickens and know they are healthy.
