2 tbsp of Mayonnaise
2 slice Cheddar cheese or shredded cheese

Bologna and Egg Sandwich:
2 Bagel Sandwich
2 Eggs
2 slice Cheese
2 Bologna
Salt and Pepper or cajun seasoning (to taste)
2 Green onion or Scallion
1/4 cup mozzarella

Sausage and Egg Sandwich:
1 Bagel sandwich
1 Egg
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
1/cup Cheddar cheese
Butter for frying
1 Sausage

Egg Salad:
1 Bagel sandwich
2 Eggs
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Cayenne pepper (to taste)
1 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 Green Onion or Scallion
