For POTATO ROLL (Pattice)

4-5 Garlic cloves
Ginger
2 Green chili
2 cup boiled (mashed) Potato
1 cup chopped Onion
1 cup chopped tomato
1 tsp Salt to taste
1 tsp Red chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp Garam masala
Pinch of Asafoetida
1 tbsp Oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
For GREEN CHUTNEY–
1 cup Coriander leaves
1 cup Mint Leaves
1/2 cup Peanuts
7-8 Garlic
Ginger
2 Green chili
1 tbsp Curd
Salt to taste
1/2 cup Water
