I would never have thought to pair yogurt with poached eggs and a spicy red pepper butter before I stumbled upon the internet for unique yet simple egg recipes. I found this recipe to be so healthy and super delicious. This is going to be my favourite breakfast for quite some time now for sure.
If you don’t like poached eggs, can go with fried eggs also, any way you like ’em. Serve with toasted crusty bread for dipping.
