– Raw Banana(Kachcha Kela) Boiled – 1 Large
– Carom Seeds(Ajwain) – 1 tsp
– Green Chilli(Hari Mirch) – 2(Finely Chopped)
– Cumin Seeds(Jeera) – 1/2 tsp
– Grated Garlic(Lehsoon) – 1 tsp
– Chopped Coriander Leaves(Dhaniya Patta) – 2 tbsp
– Red Chilli Flakes(Lal Mirch) – 1/2 tsp
– Turmeric Powder(Haldi) – 1/2 tsp
– Salt as per taste
– Whole Wheat Flour(Atta) – 2 cups/300gm
– Fine Semolina(Suji) – 2 tbsp
– Warm Oil/Melted Ghee – 3 tbsp
– Warm water to knead the dough
