Ingredients:
Quinoa -1cup
cucumber -1( medium)
green chili – 1or 2 green chili
ginger -1/4 inch
shallots – 5nos.(Malayalam-cheriya ulli)
grated coconut – 3 tbsp
salt as your taste
turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
cumin seed /jeera – 1/2 tsp
