INGREDIENTS:
1. Boneless Chicken 250 gms
2.capsicim: 1 cup (diced)
3. Tomatoes: 1 cup(diced)
4. Cabbage: 1 cup (diced)
5.onion: 1 cup (diced)
6. Carrots: 1 cup (diced)
For marination:
1.Tikka masla: 1tsp
2. Salt: 1tsp
3. Garlic powder: 1tsp
4. Ginger powder: 1tsp
5. Apple cider vinegar: 1tsp
Oil: 2tbs (for cooking)

Directions:
-Marinate chicken with tikka masala, salt, garlic and ginger powder, apple cider vinegar.
– add oil in a pan ,cook marinated chicken in it, add half glass water, cover and cook chicken until done
-dish out and set aside.
-In a separate wok, boil water, add salt and boil capsicum and carrots for 5 minutes, strain and set aside.

Assembling:
1. Add chicken, cucumber, onion, cabbage, tomatoes, boiled veggeis in a large bowl.
2. Sprinkle a pinch of salt n balck pepper, apple cider vinegar, hot sauce, bbq sauce( to taste)
3. Give it a good toss…
4. Chicken salad is ready..
5. Serve with a boiled egg.
