Ingredients:-
Lauki -1cup(Grated)
Onion-1cup (chopped)
Carrot – 1/2 cup (Grated)
Green chili – 1
Coriander leaves
Haldi- 1/4 tsp
Red chilly powder – 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice – 1tsp
Chat masala
Besan – 1&1/2 cup
Rice flour – 1/2 cup
Water for making batter
Cooking Oil
