You can make this in a food processor or you can use flour and mix / whisk all of the ingredients by hand

You will need:
2-3 medium, ripe bananas
200g Oats (or any other flour / gluten free flour you like)
2tbsp Flax seeds or Chia seeds (optional)
2-3 scoops of your favorite plant based / vegan protein powder (I use MyVegan Cacao Orange)
1-2 Cups Soy Milk , 1 Cup of Water
Baking Powder
Optional toppings: Berries, extra banana, Chocolate chips, raisins or dates, walnuts, Nut Butter

If you add extra liquid you can use this recipe for pancakes, or you could make muffins. They make a great high protein vegan breakfast or sweet treat.
