Ingredients:

1. Vegetables & Paneer
2. Salt

Steps:

1. Pour 1 cup water in the inner pot
2. Place the trivet
3. Fill the veggies on the steam basket
4. Sprinkle Salt
5. Place the steam basket over the trivet
6. Close the lid
7. In ‘Pressure Cook’ mode set time as 0 min for small/medium veggies & 1 min for large
8 .Set the valve in ‘Sealing’ position
9 .Pot will precook first before actually it starts cooking. This is normal
10.When pressure builds, red float will pop up. Sound we hear during this time is normal
11.Wait for beep and timer to read 00:00/OFF
12.Quick release pressure.
13.When pressure is released fully, red float will drop. Now, pot is safe to open
14.Open the lid slowly
15.Season it with ground pepper

Tips:

1. Salt can be added after steaming too along with pepper
2. Quick Release pressure. Else, it will get over cooked
3. Paneer can be added in cubes too along with vegetables
