Chicken breast never tasted so delicious!
This recipe was inspired by my dear friend Andrea, on one of our mealprep Sundays. The recipe came out so delicious that I had to redo it and share it with you.
And, of course, it fits into my 3 kitchen rules:

— INGREDIENTS —
Chicken breast (thin cut) – 2 slices
Cheese string – 1-2
Zucchini – 3
Tomato sauce
Olive oil
Salt
Black pepper
Onion powder
* TIP:
– Use digital meat thermometer to make sure chicken is cooked to the perfection
— INSTRUCTIONS —
Spiralize zucchini.
Season with:
Salt – 1 tsp
Black pepper – 1/4 tsp
Olive oil – 1 tbsp
Mix well.
Place on the parchment paper.
Season both sides of chicken breast with:
Salt – pinch
Black pepper – sprinkle
Onion power – sprinkle
Peel string cheese and place it on the top of the chicken.
Add 1 cup of tomato sauce.
Wrap parchment paper tightly.
Bake at 425 F for 20 min (for thicker breast 5-10 extra minutes will be needed).
