Here is a low calorie, less oil,healthy snack recipe using moong dal and paneer for evening or tea time.
Ingredients
½ cup moong dal (soaked for 30 min and drained)
½ cup crumbled paneer
¼ cup ragi flour
2 tbsp grated onions
1 tsp chilli powder
¼ tsp garam masala
¼ tsp turmeric
½ tsp ginger-garlic paste
2 tsp chat masala
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
Salt to taste
1 tsp Oil for greasing and cooking
