1/4th tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp red chilli powder (as per taste)
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp chicken masala
Salt to taste
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp rice flour/corn flour
2 tbsp gram flour (besan)
Oil for frying
For garnishing 4 to green chillies and curry leaves fried
