Hey everyone! In today’s video I am showing you some healthy snacks that satisfy. these are easy paleo snacks that are low carb and keto friendly. #healthysnacks #paleosnacks #snacks

Seaweed Wrap
1 sheet seaweed
1 tbsp cashew cream cheese
1/4 cup cucumber, sliced
small handful arugula

Macadamia Mix (makes usually eat half of this at a time)
1/3 cup macadamia nuts
1 tsp keto friendly/dairy free/sugar free chocolate chips
17g fat, 1.5 net carb, 2.5 protein

Chia Pudding (3 servings)
1 can coconut milk
5 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla
Leave overnight to thicken
2.5 net carb/13gfat/5protein

for snack: added 2 tbsp blueberries

Egg Cups
2 eggs, hardboiled
4 lettuce leaves.
to hard boil: bring water to boil. place in eggs and turn down to med-low heat. cook 7 minutes. place in ice bath for 5 minutes to help get the shell off.

EnergyBombs
1/2 cup nut butter
2 tbsp coconut flour
1/4 tsp cinnamon
3netcarb/13Fat/6protein each

BoneBroth
1 cup bone broth

Low Sugar Green Smoothie
1 cup spinach.
1 scoop mct powder
1 scoop collagen
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
4 net carb/6fat/17protein
