Bitter gourd/ Bitter melon/ Ampalaya Salad is a side dish composed of sliced bitter gourds ,red onions and tomatoes. It has full of benefits and easy to make recipe. It is best eaten with fried fish or other seafood dishes and rice.

Ingredients

1. bitter gourds (1 to 3 pcs. optional) thinly sliced
2. 2 medium red onions thinly sliced
3. 2 medium tomatoes thinly sliced
4. 1/2 cup vinegar
5.1 teaspoon of ground pepper
6. 1 tablespoon of salt for rubbing
7. extra salt to taste
