ingredients
Rice – 1/2 Cup
Water – 1/4 Cup
Carrot – 1/2 cup
Onion – 1/2 Cup
Chopped Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Jeera/Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala – 1/4 tsp
Baking Powder – 1/4 Tsp
For Tempering
Oil – 2 Tsp
Pinch of Hing
Jeera/ Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Rai/ Mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp
Til / Sesame seeds – 1/2 tsp
Whole Red Chilles – 4 pcs
Minced Ginger garlic – 1 tsp
Curry leaves
Red chilli sauce – 2 tsp
Tomato Ketchup – 2 tsp
Soya sauce – 1 tsp
Vinegar – 2 tsp
chopped coriander leaves
salt to taste .
