I have lost a total of 6 pounds so far on 2B Mindset in the last three weeks. Some of my clients have been losing 3 pounds a week while others are losing 4 pounds. So many factors go into how fast you will see weight come off, but one thing I teach is that no matter the program you choose, healthy sustainable weight loss is 1-2lbs a week.
Also, to be patient because it’s likely we didn’t gain the weight overnight, it’s certain we will not lose it overnight either. Thank marathon, not a sprint if you want to keep off the weight and be healthy.
