Green gram salad
Ingredients
1 cup green gram sprouts
1/2 tomato fine chopped
1/2 capsicum fine chopped
2 tbsp carrot fine grated
2 tbsp baby spinach fine chopped
1 tbsp corriander leaves fine chopped
1 tsp fresh ginger fine chopped
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt as per taste
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
1 pinch cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp ajwain jeera powder
1 pinch calamus powder
Method
– take a mixing bowl,mix all ingredients well.
– add lemon juice and salt as per taste
Healthy greengram salad ready!
